Billy Baldwin Studio was created in 1992 to pay homage to Billy’s timeless designs and, more importantly, to keep his legacy alive; a legacy we are still proud stewards of today.

Prior to our acquisition of the design rights, the venerable New York City showroom of Luten Cleary Stern was producing and representing Billy’s furniture pieces since the inception of his original designs in 1972.

Billy Baldwin Studio is a “to-the-trade” producer of bespoke furnishings dedicated to the high-end interior design market.  For 25 years we have operated on our founding commitment to three guiding principals: use only the finest materials, insist on quality workmanship and offer unparalleled customer service.

The core of our continued success, aside from being blessed with the canvas of Billy’s incredible designs, is our understanding of the enormous responsibility our clients undertake upon accepting a design job.  We also take seriously our responsibility to deliver, unequivocally, on promises made – as specified and on time.

“Billy B”, as he was often referred to, died 34 years ago, but his contributions to the field of decorating ensured a lasting legacy.  Today his furniture collection remains the standard bearer for discerning designers, decorators and architects throughout the world.
